Water / Light / Air

The importance of understanding water and light is because these are fundamental to our well being. Our bodies
are 60-80%+ water depending on life stage. Blood is ~80% water. And light - watch the short video clip above!
Understanding EMF is also very important...but that is another story. :)
Also sound waves in relation to health....

Some examples of water & light testing

Water testing / treatment

The Viktor Schauberger video in particular shows how powerful water can be when we understand its subtleties.

Water -  The Great Mystery Trailer

Have analyzed pH & mineral content of many solutions.
Implemented a reverse-osmosis system that outputs high pH water at home. Have studied acidity vs alkalinity for water, and food.

Portable reverse osmosis system that I had built for me.
3 stage system with pre-filter, RO filter, and calcium carbonate
remineralizing cartridge.

Steripen

Have used this while backpacking

UV light is proven to kill 99.99% of viruses and bacteria in water. The Steripen is a consumer version of this technology. As our blood is at least 80% water - guess what? UV light comes in through our eyes and skin and helps to kill the unwanted viruses and bacteria in our body! Sunglasses have their place (prolonged time at high altitude), but for the vast majority of us -- they are doing more harm than good.....as for UV and sunburn on the skin, that is related to what we eat (and skin color - melanin)
- which affects our bloodstream.

Light spectrometer

Have used this inexpensive spectrometer -
Project Star, to study
light that affects us.

Exploring The Spectrum preview

Project Star light spectrum results from various
household and work sources

I no longer wear sunglasses at high altitude or in the desert,
I don't own sunglasses any more. With an improper diet and prolonged lifetime exposure to high intensity UV light (usually high altitude living)
we could develop cataracts. But, this is not applicable to most.
Many factors....
